Overview

Atlas OpenClaw is a private, personal AI assistant operated solely for its owner's use. It is not available for public registration and does not serve third-party users.

Google user data accessed

When authorized, Atlas may access the owner's Google Drive files, Google Calendar events, and Gmail messages and metadata. The precise access granted is shown on Google's authorization screen and is controlled through the owner's Google Account.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to perform owner-requested personal-assistant functions, such as locating or organizing files, reviewing or managing calendar events, and reading, drafting, organizing, or sending email. Atlas does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or training public AI models.

Sharing and disclosure

Atlas does not sell Google user data. Data is not shared with third parties except service providers needed to operate the assistant, when directed by the owner, or when legally required. Service providers receive only the access needed to provide their functions.

Storage and security

Authorization credentials and any data retained for the assistant's operation are stored in systems controlled by the owner and protected using reasonable access controls. Data is retained only as long as needed for the requested functions, system operation, or legal obligations.

Owner control and deletion

The owner can revoke Atlas's Google access at any time from the Google Account connections page. The owner may also delete data stored by Atlas directly from the systems where Atlas operates.

Changes

This policy may be updated if Atlas's features or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
